11/009/PP and 11/009/LRB.
 
The Glenorchy and Innishail Community Council wishes to continue its objections to the above 
development on land south west of Loch Awe House, east Lochaweside, Argyll. 
As previously stated our objections are that, firstly the development contravenes the current Structure 
Plan and the proposed Local Area Development Plan; and secondly that there is no provision for vehicle 
parking or access; and thirdly that the development does not conform to title restrictions on land use, as 
the land was sold solely as environmental land.
 
In addition to the above I attach a photograph of the flooded hut, which is the subject of the original 
retrospective planning application and was taken recently. I understand from SSE that water levels on 
Loch Awe can be at least a foot higher than this level which clearly makes the building and the site most 
unsuitable.
